For my birthday I received a $50.00 gift card to Amazon.com
(THANK YOU CHUCK & PAT!!!!!)

I want to get some new quilt books, I am just overwhelmed at the choices. So I am asking you my viewing public to recommend your favorite pattern book. Please include the author if you know it, that will help me find it.

I love the new Kim Diehl book, Simple comforts. It is by far her best book yet. If you don't like her color choices, just think outside the box and change they style of the whole quilt. they are very creative patterns. Betty

HHmm I don't have a favourite book, I tend to buy individual patterns or magazines.

I've a lot of Carol Doak books but my friend said that Material Obsession and Material Obsession 2 are good books.

If the links don't work just type in Material Obsession into the Amazon search

My newest favorite is the Log Cabin book by Judy Martin. I got it from Amazon for a great price!

I also picked up Scrap Basket Surprises which is a jelly roll friendly book. I think they are both good.
