Representing my state (hope I did okay)

I am part of a swap with some online friends from across the country, we each had to make a block that represented something from our state. I picked Arches, Delicate Arch because it is so recognisable as part of Utah and I found some way cool fabric in the oranges. I will post the rest when they arrive next week some time.

Carin, it is very hard to read your blog with the new background. My aging eyes really didn't handle it well. Sorry.

And are you going to receive a block from all your swap partners states?

Can't wait to see the rest - how many are in your swap. Oooh - your christmas countdown has me in a panic :(

When I think of Utah I immediately think of Salt Lake City and the big family tree centre of the mormon(?). That's all my one University professor ever talked about.

Carin I love your block! It is simple and well designed! Yes, your Christmas countdown has me a bit concerned but hey, there's always Valentine's Day presents! Pam in Chico

I love it! Living so close I am embarrassed to admit, that I have never been there. I would love to go sometime.

So enjoyed our chat yesterday! :~)

I am catching up on my blog reading this morning - getting printer's ink all over isn't fun. I found that out with a spotted shirt once. I love your arches. I have had the opportunity to visit the Arches and they sure are a sight to see. I can't wait to see the blocks you receive in return.
