My favorite Christmas gift

So about 9 months or so ago my cd wallet was in the door of my POS van and it fell out someplace I was very sad! Crushed is a better word, most of the CD's were from the 80's and 90's and I just knew I would never have good music in my car again.

Well my sweet Michael for Christmas went out and did what he could to replace them for me. No they aren't the same albums but a lot of the same artists and it was so thoughtful of him.
I give him hard time about Christmas gifts and birthday gifts (the man bought me a rice steamer one time) but this one was spot on!

Thank you my love!

Perhaps if you had an MP3 player you could download the oldies onto it from various computer sites and then buy the adaptor for the car to play from your MP3 player through your car stereo. We cought ours at the dollar store.

It's always interesting to see who's MP3 player ends up in the van and what genre of music we end up listening to.

From John's classical, to Dakota's country and Dalton's vast array of genres... it always makes for an interesting ride.

Hey Carin! Oh dear - having lost some fave music some years ago when my car was broken into, I know how you feel! But, like Carol suggested, I've switched to the ol' MP3 player - you can fit sooooo many more songs on a disc! Rockin' and Rollin' along for hours! Tee! Hee! Hee! My driving music is a real mix, but lots of fun. Well done to your beloved for hitting the giftie target dead centre! Bear Hugs! KRIS

Hi Carin,
Aren't you lucky - what a thoughtful gift. Are you still snowed in?
