Trying to get my life back on track

So I started back to the gym yesterday because I am tired of being sick and tired so I decided I was going to try to get back into a "normal" life again.
Okay my life has never been normal but as close as I can get.
I managed 45 minutes on the bike and 60 crunches I felt good when I left I wasn't sore I wasn't exhausted (that came later)
SOOOOO I wake up today and my ab muscles have decided to protest the idea of 60 crunches, they are so sore I can hardly sit up from laying down.
I am going to show them who's boss and go back tomorrow but I think I may cut it down to 30 crunches and work my way back up again until they feel better.
I am such a baby!

I am tired just thinking about it.

Way to go! Yes, it might be a good idea to cut back a little and work your way back to the 60 crunches. Yikes, that makes me tired to think of 60 crunches!

I think it is wise to take 30 and then gradually more and more.

Good for you, Carin! If I keep reading about your progress, will that count?

Wow. I'm very impressed. I really need to do something but must start out slow... and I always find an excuse not to work out.

I do hope going to the gym cures you of the sick and tired problems. I am going to post a little humorous story about going to the gym on my blog. Take it slow and I am sure you will reach your goal. Thanks for your visit to my blog....TTFN...Lilly

Ough...that hurts! Yes, those muscles usually let you know that they are there two days later.
